StoneMakers Artisans use a state of the art proprietary process to recreate natural stone.
In a short period of time, we create a striking focal point that is ready for a lifetime of enjoyment at a fraction of the cost of traditional stonework.
1. Our proprietary wall building mix is added to concrete on site after the wall is laid out. After reinforcing with rebar, we begin to pour, stack and shape the concrete wall, much like modeling clay.
2. When the wall is completely built and squared, we apply “wall finisher” to concrete and plaster the wall face. Our craftsmen then carve and texture the stones into the face of the wall.
3. After the wall has cured, stains and colors are painted and sprayed in several layers. Finally, a quality sealer adds the finishing touch for lasting durability.
